Goodwill Fire Company, Station 18, is located at 1 South Main Street, JACOBUS, adjacent to Orrstown Bank.
This 100% volunteer fire company is always looking for new members. Whether you are interested in becoming a firefighter or assisting with fundraisers and other social activities, your participation will be welcomed and greatly appreciated. The company provides regular training programs for firefighting and water rescue.

Jacobus Lions' Ambulance Club
The Jacobus Lions Ambulance Club is a non-profit organization offering 24/7 emergency medical services. They provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) through their Mobile Intensive Care Unit (MICU) to Jacobus Borough, Loganville Borough, Springfield Township, and parts of York Township.
The ambulance club is situated at the southern end of JACOBUS BOROUGH, at the corner of School Street and South Main Street (Susquehanna Trail).
