JLS RECREATION ASSOCIATION is a Tri-Municipal organization formed to create programs for the local communities of Jacobus Borough, Loganville Borough and Springfield Township. The association is bound by an Inter-Municipal Agreement and By-Laws set by the three (3) Municipalities.
Public meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the old Springfield Township Municipal Building. When traveling south on the Susquehanna Trail, it is the long white building on the left at the bottom of the hill after you pass Brown's Orchards and Farm Markets.
